הרשמה לקורס ומתן הסכמה לקבל מידע שיווקי מאשרת לחברת Holistic EHS Consulting לשלוח אליי בדוא"ל, ב-SMS או באמצעים דיגיטליים אחרים עדכונים מקצועיים, הזמנות לאירועים, חומרי הדרכה, ומידע שיווקי הקשור לשירותי בטיחות, בריאות, איכות הסביבה, טכנולוגיה וייעוץ ארגוני.
ידוע לי כי באפשרותי לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת על-ידי לחיצה על קישור להסרה בכל הודעה או על-ידי פנייה לכתובת: office@holisticehs.com

1. מבוא

1.1. חברת Holistic EHS Consulting (להלן: "החברה", "אנחנו", או "Holistic EHS") מכבדת את פרטיות המשתמשים ואת זכותם לשלוט במידע האישי שלהם.
1.2. מדיניות פרטיות זו נועדה להסביר באופן ברור, שקוף ומפורט כיצד אנו אוספים, שומרים, משתמשים, מעבדים ומגנים על מידע אישי הנאסף ממשתמשים, לקוחות, ספקים ומבקרים באתרי החברה ובטפסים מקוונים (להלן: "המשתמשים").
1.3. השימוש בשירותי החברה מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו, לרבות לכל שינוי עתידי שיפורסם באתר.

2. סוגי המידע הנאסף

2.1. החברה עשויה לאסוף את סוגי המידע הבאים:

מידע מזהה אישי: שם מלא, תפקיד, כתובת דוא"ל, טלפון, שם ארגון, תעודת זהות (במקרים של חוזה או תשלום), וכתובת למשלוח.
מידע עסקי: תחום פעילות, מספר עובדים, סוגי שירותים נצרכים, תחומי עניין מקצועיים.
מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, מיקום כללי, זמני כניסה ויציאה מהאתר.
מידע על פעילות המשתמש: הקלקות, דפים שנצפו, מילוי טפסים, הרשמה להדרכות או לניוזלטר.
מידע הנמסר מרצון: מסרים, שאלות, קבצים מצורפים, או כל מידע אחר שהמשתמש בוחר למסור.

3. מטרות השימוש במידע

החברה תעשה שימוש במידע האישי לצרכים הבאים בלבד:

ניהול קשר עסקי, אספקת שירותים ויצירת קשר לצורך מתן מענה לפניות.
התאמת תכנים, קורסים והצעות מקצועיות בהתאם לפרופיל הארגון או המשתמש.
שליחת עדכונים, ניוזלטרים, הזמנות לאירועים, חומרי הדרכה או מידע שיווקי – בכפוף להסכמת המשתמש לפי חוק הספאם (סעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת).
עמידה בדרישות רגולטוריות וחוקיות (כגון דרישות רישום, דיווח, מיסוי וכו').
שיפור השירותים, ניתוח נתוני שימוש ותחזוקת מערכות המידע.

4. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

4.1. החברה לא תמכור, תשכיר או תעביר את המידע האישי לצד שלישי, למעט במקרים הבאים:

לצורך קיום הוראות חוק או צו שיפוטי;
לספקי שירות הפועלים מטעמה (כגון חברות דיוור, אחסון נתונים, אבטחת מידע או ניתוח אנליטי) – בכפוף להתחייבותם לשמירה על סודיות;
במקרה של מיזוג, מכירה או העברת פעילות החברה – בכפוף לכך שהצד הנרכש יכבד את מדיניות פרטיות זו;
כאשר ניתנה לכך הסכמה מפורשת מראש על-ידי המשתמש.

5. הגנה על המידע

5.1. החברה מיישמת אמצעי אבטחה טכנולוגיים, ארגוניים ופרוצדורליים מתקדמים, בהתאם לסטנדרטים ISO 27001, על מנת להגן על המידע האישי מפני גישה בלתי מורשית, אובדן, שימוש לרעה או שינוי.
5.2. הגישה למידע מוגבלת לעובדים המורשים בלבד, הכפופים להסכמי סודיות.
5.3. במקרה של אירוע אבטחת מידע העלול לחשוף מידע אישי, החברה תפעל בהתאם להנחיות רשות הגנת הפרטיות ותיידע את המשתמשים כנדרש.

6. זכויות המשתמשים

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, ולתיקון משנת 2024, לכל משתמש עומדות הזכויות הבאות:

הזכות לעיין במידע שנשמר אודותיו.
הזכות לדרוש את תיקון, עדכון או מחיקת המידע האישי.
הזכות להתנגד לעיבוד מידע לצורכי שיווק ישיר.
הזכות לבטל בכל עת את ההסכמה לקבלת חומר שיווקי, באמצעות קישור להסרה בכל הודעה או בפנייה לכתובת: office@holisticehs.com.

פניות בנושא פרטיות ייענו תוך 30 יום ממועד קבלתן.

7. שמירת מידע

7.1. החברה תשמור את המידע האישי למשך התקופה הנדרשת למימוש מטרותיו שלשמן נאסף, או בהתאם לדרישות החוק.
7.2. עם סיום הצורך במידע או לפי בקשת המשתמש, המידע יימחק או יעבור אנונימיזציה.

8. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראל

8.1. ייתכן כי מידע יישמר או יעובד על-ידי שרתים המצויים מחוץ לישראל (למשל באיחוד האירופי או בארה"ב).
8.2. בכל מקרה כזה החברה תוודא כי ננקטים אמצעי הגנה הולמים לפי הדין הישראלי וה-GDPR.

9. עוגיות (Cookies)

9.1. האתר עושה שימוש בעוגיות (Cookies) לצורך שיפור חוויית המשתמש, אבטחה, מדידה וניתוח תנועת גולשים.
9.2. המשתמש רשאי לשנות את הגדרות הדפדפן ולחסום עוגיות, אך פעולה זו עלולה להגביל את השימוש בחלק מהשירותים באתר.

10. עדכונים במדיניות

החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן את מדיניות הפרטיות מעת לעת. עדכון מהותי יפורסם באתר ויכנס לתוקף במועד הפרסום.

1.1. Holistic EHS Consulting (hereinafter: “the Company”, “we”, or “Holistic EHS”) respects the privacy of its users and their right to control their personal information.

⚖️ Legal Notice

This policy has been drafted in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (Amended August 2024), the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982 (Section 30A – Anti-Spam Law), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
It is legally binding upon the Company and all of its employees.
